UYDEC strongly supports rights of citizens to participate in the planning process, as articulated in the Victorian Planning and Environment Act. We supports not only the right for citizens to contribute to planning issues, but believes individuals have a responsibility to do so.We are available to provide assistance to environment groups or others who wish to see environmental values protected and enhanced through the application of the Yarra Ranges Planning Scheme.
